Please read these Terms carefully and ensure you understand the same. They tell you who we are, how we will provide our services, how you and we may make changes or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information. Terms & Conditions - The Basics
Cancellation of booking
Should you as the client decide (for whatever reason) to cancel your booking, you are required to provide written notice of the cancellation. There will be no refunds of the deposit due to the reservation of the event date (unless otherwise agreed). In addition, there shall be no refund to any additional payments made and will be considered payment for services rendered to date.
Unlawful activity
The client and With Love or its employees will comply with all legal compliance requirements including: health and safety, lawful orders of police and/or fire services and will not do anything on the event premises in violation of any laws, rules or orders.
Intellectual property
Any content developed and provided by Pelamin.co remains the property of Pelamin.co . Any information (including, but not limited to - run sheets, floor plans, proposals, pricing, vendor tips, hire list, budgeting templates, ceremony scripts, vow examples, etc.) shared with you as the client must remain confidential and is not to be shared with others without getting prior written consent from Pelamin.co.

Other important terms
We may transfer or subcontract our rights and obligations under these Terms to another person or organisation, but this will not affect your rights or our obligations under these Terms. Save as permitted under these Terms, no variation to these Terms shall be valid unless agreed in writing by us.You may only transfer your rights or your obligations under these Terms to another person if we agree in writing.
